The breakfast and lunch kitchen opens Monday–Friday, 7am–2pm, serving Hobart locals, city workers and waterfront visitors. Join us at the bar Thursday–Sunday, 4pm–midnight for cocktails, wine and beer later in the day.

Atrio is run by the team behind Casa de Amor, bringing the same care to a relaxed Hobart venue for locals, city workers and visitors.
Set inside historic Gibsons Mill on Sullivans Cove, Atrio is close to Salamanca Place, Constitution Dock and the waterfront. The space is designed to move naturally through the day: breakfast and brunch in the morning, coffee and lunch around the middle of the day, then cocktails, wine and private events when the lights come down.
